Charging Instructions
Traditional Charging Method
- Connect the single charger to power supply or switch on charger rack - indicator light turns green
- Connect cap lamp with charger by inserting brass pin into lamp clip hole
- Rotate head lamp 180° clockwise to ensure proper anode connection
- Charger indicator flashes green to red when battery reaches 90% charge
- Lamp provides over 16 hours continuous operation at 90% charge
- Rotate head lamp 180° anti-clockwise to remove from charger
- Red indicator light shows charging in progress
- Green flashing indicator indicates full charge
Safety Precautions
- Do not shine directly into eyes - strong light may cause eye damage
- Check device functionality before each use
- Do not charge the lamp underground
- Keep lamp away from fire sources
- Do not disassemble lamp or repair battery components
- Avoid crashing or striking the lamp
- Use appropriate electrostatic protection when opening or repairing device
